GrapevineXL Model

GrapevineXL

Description: GrapevineXL is a whole-plant grapevine model that simulates the effects of variations in environmental conditions (e.g. soil water potential, radiation, temperature, and vapour pressure), plant water status (e.g. xylem water potential, and leaf and fruit transpiration), and carbon status (e.g. source–sink ratio and phloem sucrose concentration) on postvéraison berry growth. Detail description of the model has been published on Annals of Botany (Zhu et al., 2018) and Journal of Experimental Botany (Zhu et al., 2019). Attached is the code associated with those two papers.
