DESCRIPTION:  Model was created to demonstrate how to simulate combined transport and growth processes in a virtual plant. Carbon allocation in leaves is simulated by increasing the carbon concentration by a fixed rate. Diffusion is used to simulate transport processes in the plant. Growth is obtained by converting a fraction of carbon into length. The carbon concentration is visualized
by the diameter of the cylinders and spheres. If carbon concentration in a leaf rises above some threshold value dichotomous branching is performed.
